Also if you don’t want to set up your account yourself, we can do it for you, free of charge.

We currently accept payments made through Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express Credit Cards through Stripe payment gateway.

No. We do not store any of your credit/debit card information. They are saved by our payment processing partner – Stripe.

 

Yes. You can cancel it anytime from the Subscription page of your account.

 

You do. You retain ownership of all the data you send to your user account. We do not share it with any third parties.

 

You can try SKU Science with all features enabled for 15 days completely free. When your trial ends, in order to continue using SKU Science, simply select a plan and enter a valid payment method in your account settings. If you don’t use your SKU Science account following the free trial period, we reserve the right to delete all your data and any information related to your account after 6 months.

Yes, of course. SKU Science uses no plain text communication whatsoever.

We run SKU Science on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and our servers are located in Ireland, EU. The AWS cloud infrastructure is designed to be one of the most secure cloud computing environment in the world and is compliant with ISO 27001, SOC 1 and SOC 2/SSAE 16/ISAE 3402 PCI Level 1, FISMA Moderate, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).

Our database service also runs on AWS and is officially compliant with HIPAA, GDPR, SOC, EU-US Privacy Shield, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001.

As well as the security features built into the AWS service, we have all communications between the application, the database and the browser encrypted (128-bit SSL encryption, https protocol).

SKU Science is a cloud-based, Software as a Service (SaaS) application. We maintain our servers, security and updates so that you don’t have to. However, you can contact us if you have a specific need. We are studying all proposals.

 

When you pay annually get two free months included, so 12 months for the price of 10. We will charge you the annual cost when you subscribe and you will have SKU Science access for the next 12 months.

 

You can cancel at any time. You’ll be billed for your current contract period (monthly or annual) but never again.

We do offer invoicing with payment by bank transfer for annually subscribed customers. If you’d like to be manually invoiced, you will need to contact us at sales@skuscience.com to purchase a plan on a 12 month contract.
